Services

Three practice areas. Clearly drawn.

We publish what we do — and what we do not do — so you can decide before talking to us whether we are the right match. Training and awareness has a dedicated page; advisory and research are detailed below.

01   Advisory & consulting

For doctors, therapists, clinics, research centres, hospitals, and administrators. We work with healthcare professionals and their teams on practice management, workflow, facility planning, staffing, and compliance — the operational layer behind the clinical work you actually want to do.

01

Practice management

  • Booking, scheduling, and capacity review
  • Records and data-flow design
  • Billing, invoicing, and receivables hygiene
  • Supplier and vendor evaluation
02

Workflow optimisation

  • Front-desk to follow-up journey mapping
  • Bottleneck analysis and queue reduction
  • Patient-communication redesign
  • Efficiency review without cutting safety
03

Establishment & growth

  • Clinic or practice set-up plans
  • Service-line expansion advisory
  • Research-centre operationalisation
  • Location, catchment, and positioning reviews
04

Facility planning

  • Space planning for clinical workflows
  • Consulting-room and waiting-area design briefs
  • Infection-control and accessibility review
  • Equipment and consumables planning
05

Staffing advisory

  • Role design and clinical staffing ratios
  • Recruitment briefs and interview structure
  • Scope-of-practice and delegation frameworks
  • Onboarding and induction playbooks
06

Compliance advisory

  • Clinical Establishments Act readiness
  • Professional-council and licensing checklists
  • Data-protection and record-keeping review
  • Pre-audit walk-through and remediation

02   Clinical research & software

For clinical investigators and for teams building software used by clinicians or researchers. We provide research-management services, clinical data handling, and the design and engineering of specialised software — including EHR and HIS systems, and the careful use of AI and image processing for scientific research.

01

Research management

  • Study operations and site coordination
  • Data processing and database design
  • Case-report-form and query workflows
  • Monitoring plans and SAE handling
02

Protocol, ethics & regulatory

  • Protocol drafting and structured review
  • Ethics-committee submission packages
  • Investigator brochure and ICF drafting
  • CDSCO / DCGI application support
03

EHR & HIS software

  • Electronic Health Record platforms
  • Hospital Information Systems integration
  • Clinical data modelling and HL7/FHIR work
  • Terminology mapping (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD)
04

AI & image processing

  • Research-grade AI tooling
  • Image-processing pipelines for scientific use
  • Validation frameworks and bias controls
  • Honest-by-design reporting of limitations
05

Validation & quality

  • V&V protocol authoring
  • Traceability matrices and evidence packs
  • IEC 62304 software-lifecycle documentation
  • ISO 13485 orientation for device software
06

Writing, diligence & review

  • Study reports and manuscript preparation
  • Independent protocol or product review
  • Technical and clinical due diligence
  • Regulatory file pre-submission audit

03   Training & awareness

Educational courses, seminars, and workshops — for health workers, workplaces, schools, and the general public — on mental-health awareness, stress management, and the early recognition of psychological disorders. Plus the community-based awareness and stigma-reduction work we believe this practice should do.

01

Programmes for health workers

CME-style workshops on screening instruments, brief interventions, safe conversations about risk, and GCP refreshers for research teams.

02

Workplace training

Mental-health training for managers, structured programmes on stress, sleep, and burnout for employees, and psychological-safety work with leadership teams.

03

School & college programmes

Sessions for teachers, school counsellors, parents, and students on recognising distress, talking about mental health, and pathways to support.

04

Public seminars & workshops

Open-registration talks and workshops for adults who want clear, non-patronising information about anxiety, depression, and everyday well-being.

05

Community & stigma reduction

Awareness drives co-designed with resident-welfare associations, civic bodies, and non-profits; open-licensed materials for partner organisations.

06

Commissioned in-house programmes

Bespoke programmes built around the specific people and context of your organisation, school, or community group, with a written design before delivery.

Scope guardrails

What's in, what's out.

In scope. Advisory, documentation, review, design, planning, and training services across healthcare operations and clinical research; specialised software engineering for clinical and research use; and educational programmes and community awareness work on mental health.

Out of scope. Acting as a principal investigator, sponsor, legal manufacturer, or contract research organisation on your behalf. Work that falls outside our competence, or that conflicts with a current engagement.

Our standard

What you can expect.

Every written deliverable has an author, a reviewer, a version number, and a statement of the decisions and assumptions it rests on. Every training programme is led by a named facilitator whose qualifications you know before you book.

Where we cite evidence, we cite it. Where we are offering judgement rather than evidence, we say so.

Ready

If something on this page sounds like what you need, let's talk.
