We publish what we do — and what we do not do — so you can decide before talking to us whether we are the right match. Training and awareness has a dedicated page; advisory and research are detailed below.
For doctors, therapists, clinics, research centres, hospitals, and administrators. We work with healthcare professionals and their teams on practice management, workflow, facility planning, staffing, and compliance — the operational layer behind the clinical work you actually want to do.
For clinical investigators and for teams building software used by clinicians or researchers. We provide research-management services, clinical data handling, and the design and engineering of specialised software — including EHR and HIS systems, and the careful use of AI and image processing for scientific research.
Educational courses, seminars, and workshops — for health workers, workplaces, schools, and the general public — on mental-health awareness, stress management, and the early recognition of psychological disorders. Plus the community-based awareness and stigma-reduction work we believe this practice should do.
CME-style workshops on screening instruments, brief interventions, safe conversations about risk, and GCP refreshers for research teams.
Mental-health training for managers, structured programmes on stress, sleep, and burnout for employees, and psychological-safety work with leadership teams.
Sessions for teachers, school counsellors, parents, and students on recognising distress, talking about mental health, and pathways to support.
Open-registration talks and workshops for adults who want clear, non-patronising information about anxiety, depression, and everyday well-being.
Awareness drives co-designed with resident-welfare associations, civic bodies, and non-profits; open-licensed materials for partner organisations.
Bespoke programmes built around the specific people and context of your organisation, school, or community group, with a written design before delivery.
In scope. Advisory, documentation, review, design, planning, and training services across healthcare operations and clinical research; specialised software engineering for clinical and research use; and educational programmes and community awareness work on mental health.
Out of scope. Acting as a principal investigator, sponsor, legal manufacturer, or contract research organisation on your behalf. Work that falls outside our competence, or that conflicts with a current engagement.
Every written deliverable has an author, a reviewer, a version number, and a statement of the decisions and assumptions it rests on. Every training programme is led by a named facilitator whose qualifications you know before you book.
Where we cite evidence, we cite it. Where we are offering judgement rather than evidence, we say so.
