Careful consulting, clinical research, and mental-health training — across the breadth of Indian healthcare.

Registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India Incorporated 9 January 2026 · New Delhi

A practice built around three questions.

Healthcare, done well, depends on three disciplines working together: running the practice, doing the research, and building the awareness. Each of our practice areas answers one of those questions. Together, they are how we try to be useful.

Advisory & consulting

For doctors, clinics, hospitals, research centres, and administrators who want their day-to-day to work better. Practice management, workflow optimisation, facility planning, staffing, and compliance — the operational layer behind the clinical work.

  • Practice management and administrative support
  • Workflow optimisation and delivery efficiency
  • Establishment and growth advisory

Why mental-health awareness is in the mandate

Awareness is not a slogan. It is a skill.

Too much of what holds healthcare back in India begins in the gap between what people experience and what the system recognises — particularly around anxiety, depression, burnout, and the stigma that still attaches to asking for help.

Our training and awareness programmes exist to close that gap with specific, practical skills: how to recognise distress, how to have a supportive conversation, how to point someone to the right help, how to talk about mental illness without reinforcing stereotypes.

Awareness is what happens when people stop freezing in the moments that matter, and say something useful instead.

How an engagement usually runs.

We publish our process so you know what you are buying before you buy it. Advisory, research, and commissioned training engagements begin with a paid discovery conversation; public workshops are open-registration with a per-seat fee.

01

Discovery

A 60-minute paid conversation. We read your documents in advance and arrive with specific questions.

02

Scope

A written scope of work with deliverables, timeline, and a fixed fee or retainer. You sign only if it is right.

03

Work

We deliver in short, reviewed increments. Everything we produce is yours and is documented clearly.

04

Handover

A written handover covering decisions, open risks, and what to do next. We stay available for follow-up.

Position

We do not promise outcomes we cannot evidence. We work on problems we understand, and say so when we do not.

Who we work with

Clinics, hospitals, and research centres that want their operations, research, or systems to serve clinicians and patients better.

Health-technology teams building clinical software, EHR/HIS platforms, and AI-supported research tooling.

Employers, schools, and public bodies commissioning training programmes on mental health and workplace well-being.

Community partners — civic bodies, resident associations, non-profits — on awareness and stigma-reduction work.

For organisations
